Digital Work Instructions for
Drivers & Goods Receipt
With Smart Instruks, drivers scan a QR code at the gate and immediately receive guidelines for unloading, loading, and safety – translated into their own phone language.
Eliminate the Language Barrier
Many terminals experience problems because drivers do not understand signage in Norwegian. Smart Instruks translates routines and instructions into the driver's own language, completely automatically.
Reduced Congestion
When instructions for driving routes, parking, and behavior are clear, drivers will know exactly where to go. This reduces queues to a minimum.
Reduced Risk of Injury
Information about required protective equipment (helmet, safety shoes, high-visibility clothing) and dangerous blind spots becomes an integrated, clear part of the procedure before the driver is let in.
From confusion to full flow
Having a good dialogue with incoming and outgoing traffic is time-saving. Spending time drawing and explaining to each individual truck takes valuable resources away from the goods receipt. Instead, distribute a common digital instruction!
-
Formulate the instructionSpecify gate numbers, staging times, and safety equipment directly in the platform. Feel free to add a map image!
-
Show QR codes to driversHang the code on the gate, in the waiting room, on a signpost, or send the URL as a text message in advance.
-
Scan and ConfirmThe driver scans and can read in Bulgarian, Lithuanian, or Polish - then they confirm the routine for approved loading/unloading.
Frequently asked questions for Logistics and Goods Receipt
How we optimize the information flow at your facility.
Do drivers need to download an app?
No, forcing external drivers to download a new ticket app or third-party app creates long entrance queues and more frustration. With Smart Instruks, they only need to use their regular mobile camera. Scan and read. Brilliantly simple.
Does the system handle complex instructions for different zones?
The system is fully scalable. You can print 'Route A' codes, 'Gate B' codes, and 'Terminal 3' codes separately. Each instruction can be edited from the admin panel in real-time when the situation at the facility (e.g., snow clearing) changes, without replacing the QR codes.
How are forklift drivers notified when a driver has checked in?
In the admin panel, you can set up email notifications ('Signatures'). As soon as the driver checks off that they have reviewed the instruction and registers the vehicle, an encrypted email is sent directly to the control panel of the forklift driver or customer reception. This provides unparalleled predictability.
