What is an HSE instruction?

Lovverket (spesielt Arbeidsmiljøloven §3-2 og Internkontrollforskriften) krever ofte at farlig arbeid er dokumentert med klare og forståelige prosedyrer. Is there a need to translate the HSE instruction for foreign speakers?
Absolutely. The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority has a strict requirement that important training must be understandable. If the employee speaks Lithuanian, a Norwegian safety instruction is not always sufficient. Smart Instruks solves this completely automatically: The system detects the user's phone language and serves the exact instruction in their native language – without extra work for the administration.
Do you collect personal data in connection with the confirmations?
No. To make the platform safer for the company, Smart Instruks uses the "Privacy by Design" principle. The receipt/signature (if activated) is sent only via email directly to the manager. We do not store IP addresses or form data on our servers, so you avoid GDPR challenges.
